QUADRANT ESTATES STARTS ON SITE WITH NEW SPECULATIVE PHASE AT EUREKA PARK - October 2010 |
Quadrant Estates, developer of Eureka Park in Ashford, has begun on site this week for a new phase of offices at the business park. The new offices, to be known as Northdown II will be contructed by Kier Group, who have been appointed to build two buildings comprising 10,292 sq ft and 15,675 sq ft respectively.
