Quadrant Estates, as developers, are creating a park to embrace both the needs of today’s occupier and those of the future.
The masterplan, designed by Mountford Pigott enables significant flexibility, with 96 acres of land providing capacity for a further 1,100,000 sq ft of offices, research & development and light industrial accommodation on a speculative or purpose built basis. Eureka Park is able to provide tailor made solutions to meet a broad range of business requirements.
The first phase comprises of a range of buildings designed by Scott Brownrigg, and is now complete and fully let. These include;
Northdown 1 — A range of small and large office suites with a number of occupiers including Commidea, Eastern and Coastal Kent PCT, Invicta Foods, Countrywide Surveyors, Internet Business School and MLM Group.
Herald— This fabulous 35,000 sq ft headquarter building, on three floors, is now fully let to Smiths Medical International.
Eureka Place— 33,000 sq ft of mixed use retail development is now complete. Current occupiers include One Stop, Coral, Delmergate, Cinnamon Spice, Wise Guys, Catch, Completely Bathrooms, Eureka Veterinary Centre, a Children's day nursery and The Pheasant Pub.
Northdown 2 - is 2 new headquarters buildings of 10,313 sq ft and 15,672 sq ft are available to let or for sale.
Phoenix - a 58,000 sq ft headquarter building with planning approval, is situated at the gateway to the park and is available to pre-let.
