The ideal working environment

Eureka Park can offer modern office space for both small and medium sized companies as well as regional offices and corporate headquarters.

Eureka Park has been designed as a low density, highly landscaped environment to blend into the surrounding areas, providing a dynamic working environment.

Ashford International train station is within 5 minutes drive, and already provides direct access to London. New domestic services via High Speed 1 was introduced in Q4 2009, reducing journey times between Ashford and London St Pancras to 37 minutes. Find out more

Ashford - ODPM’S sustainable community

ashford, best placed for business
Since 2001 Ashford has been identified as ‘The Growth Town of Kent’. A further government paper in 2005 produced by the ODPM has confirmed the target for creating a sustainable community as follows:
• A further 13,050 new homes by 2016.
• An additional 30,780 new homes by 2031.
• Employment growth to provide 10,305 new jobs by 2016.
• 27,810 new jobs by 2031.
This large scale project is being implemented by Ashford’s Delivery Board whose initial aims are to improve the links between the existing town centre and Ashford International train station. The project is to be tied in with a major regeneration of the expanded Ashford town centre over the next 2 years.
The result will be a substantial mixed use area, to rival any other towns in the South East of England, with an enhanced communications environment of which Eureka Park will lead the way.
